Organisational health can provide a business with the capability to outperform its competitors and stand out in the market. You will develop an in-depth knowledge of organisational types, objectives, and managerial and strategic approaches – and of course, you’ll learn about key HRM concepts and grapple with some common challenges in managing human resources, including the legal context in which HRM professionals work.
